The orientation program of the Department of Preschool Education was held on Monday, 03.10.2022 at 11.00 in the F Block Conference Hall with the participation of the faculty members of the Department, first-year advisors, first-year students and the student representative of the Department of Basic Education and the Department of Preschool Education. The program started with the introduction of the mission and vision of the department by Prof. Dr. Hatice BEKİR, Head of the Preschool Education Department. Prof. Dr. Hatice BEKİR states that the mission of the department is "To train teachers and academics who are  hardworking, selfless, questioning, problem-solving, multi-dimensional thinking, creative lifelong learners, who have ethical and aesthetic values ​​and digital competence, adopt democracy and adhere to universal values ​​and the basic principles of our Republic, who love their profession and children, and guide  society with professional competence and sensitivity". She finished his speech by wishing the 1st year students to have a successful education life in line with the mission of the Department. Then, Research Assistant Sevda YILMAZ ÜNAL made a presentation of the Department for the first graders. After the presentations were completed, the students were introduced to the lecturers. Then, class representatives were selected for 1-A and 1-B branches. The meeting ended after a question and answer session.
